MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY
Membership expires on 30th September each year. The club offers a one (1) month grace period to renew your membership till 31st October, after that time your membership will lapse and you will no longer receive member benefits (including entry into members promotions and badge draws).
MEMBERSHIP BONUS POINTS
Membership points are earned when you utilise the club’s facilities at both venues. Membership points can be used in our bars, restaurants, on raffle tickets or renewing your membership. From 30th September 2027 all membership points will be reset.
HOW TO JOIN
Simply come into Taree Aquatic Club “The Sailos” with your driver’s licence or RTA approved photo identification card. See our friendly staff at reception who will take you through the joining process.
Our sign up process is quick and simple completed digitally so there is no need to fill out paper forms! We take EFTPOS or cash for payment and you will receive your card when you sign up meaning you can access great benefits straight away!
RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You can renew your membership from 1st May each year at Taree Aquatic Club “The Sailos” or during club trading hours.
TAREE LEAGUES SPORTS CLUB RENEWALS
Currently, Taree Leagues Sports Club members membership expires on 30th June. As part of the amalgamation with Taree Aquatic Club, you will receive an additional three (3) months membership to align with the membership year of the Aquatic Club (which is currently 1st October to 30th September). Your current card will operate at both venues during this time.
All members points that have been accumulated whilst a member of Taree Leagues Sports Club will continue to be honoured and will form part of your membership with the Aquatic Club. Should members have EPURSE cash on their cards this will also be honoured and will merge into the one membership card.
Members that have a membership with both clubs will be notified in writing of the change to their membership number and expiration. All other members of Taree Leagues Sports Club will be issued with a new card at renewal time. All Taree Leagues Sports Club members numbers will start at 10,000. For example: if you were member number 230 you would now be member 10,230. If you were member 1,100 you would not be member 11,100 etc etc.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
To enter our clubs you MUST swipe your membership card upon entry to either premises. If you are not a member you need to have your photo identification scanned at reception.
Please note that it is a requirement on entering any registered club to have appropriate photo identification. Should you not have the appropriate identification we will refuse entry.
